The project “Early detection of new guidelines for the integration of young people at risk of social exclusion” was focused on the creation of new guidelines for youth workers for the full social integration of those young people, who for various reasons are at risk of social exclusion, paying special attention to those of second and third generation immigrants.
The general objective was to develop and create new practices, skills, intervention tools in youth workers for the early and primary detection of guidelines that help eliminate social exclusion and thus intervene in the full socio-labor integration of youth.
The project “Early detection of new guidelines for the integration of young people at risk of social exclusion” is a mobility of youth workers, a training course that included 13 organizations and 30 youth experts from Europe and the Euro-Mediterranean Area. The project activity will take place in Las Rozas (Spain) from May 18 to 23, 2020.
This project introduced new tools and skills to all the youth workers involved who daily take part in actions with disadvantaged youth and at risk of social exclusion, so that with the acquisition of new methods of action and guidelines they became able to develop good practices; since, many times they lack sufficient and up-to-date knowledge because youth organizations have very few resources and find it difficult to pay.
