The overall aim of the training is to train youth workers and youth leaders on using media (jokes, short movies and advertisements) as tools on antidiscrimination. To make them aware of their own cultural background, and how it influences them towards different cultures. To foster understanding the reasons behind their reaction, stereotypes and prejudices, and to recognize discriminations around and by them. To learn usage of new media technology on antidiscrimination with for and by young people they work with such as Roma, minorities and migrants’ backgrounds.

Our TC is strongly promoting intercultural dialogue, social inclusion and solidarity and participation of young people in democratic life in Europe. By taking part in the project, youth workers will improve their youth work and IT competencies to fight discrimination among diverse culturality young people and they will contribute to creating socially inclusive societies free from discrimination with their target groups locally and online.

We need to improve our youth work competences in related with social exclusion, discrimination and hate speech in order to be able offering such types of youth work activities as creating social advertisements by, with and for young people locally and European level where young people with different cultural background can cooperate together and preventing.
