The training course was designed for youth workers willing to explore the methods of creative thinking. The practical part helped participants to understand how they can use new methods in work with young people.

Determining participants to think outside the box and supporting them to act as motivational motors in their organizations trying to find new ways to foster participation of young people to the community life was a focus point in designing the project timetable. The activities were also designed to increase the quality of the activities that participants organize for young people and that aim to contribute to the development of the entrepreneurship mindset among the members of their organizations.
